WHO WE ARE
Matt and Karina Jansen. We moved to Perth from Johannesburg, South Africa in July 2022 with our children and all our trust in Jesus. For many years we felt stirred in God to be part of establishing His kingdom here in Australia. We were sent out from our life-long family church (Fourways Community Church) to follow this calling down under.
We both have spent much of our lives in full time, part time and voluntary church ministries, as well as within business and education vocations.
OUR MISSION
Our family is on mission to establish a church community of bible-believing, God-fearing people, unified to take the message of the bible to heart, and share it through word, deed and service. Currently we gather in our home on a weekly basis.
WHY WE MEET
TO KNOW, TO ACT, TO BE
We meet regularly to learn and unpack the bible in order to know its truth for all life and godliness.
We meet regularly to strengthen, practice and to act out the many gifts of service God has given us. These are given not for the one, but for the many. These are given not exclusively for the church, but for our witness to the world as the church.
We meet regularly to be the church, in unison as the body of Christ. Joined in, through and by Christ, who is the head of His body, to the Glory of His name.
